Orbital Travel: Egyptian Nile Cruises
Orbital Travel, the Nile cruise specialists contacted us to produce video content for their company website. We spent ten days cruising down the Nile filming the ancient wonders of ancient Egypt including, the Pyramids of Giza, Karnak, Luxor and the Sphinx.

Scott Sports

We were asked by Scott Sports to film the creative process behind the design of the Plasma TT bike. We created several shot teasers and trailers for the Scott website as part of a larger campaign, culminating in a longer video screened at the bike’s Venice launch.

"The Plasma TT Bike is an important project for SCOTT for many reasons including revolutionary technology, innovation and design.

Our goal was to put all our knowledge and passion in this new product. We had to find a way to increase brand image and provide the right information to our consumers. On this point, Smart Productions was a key partner in using video to offer interesting, clear and original information.

Smart Productions followed the project from the beginning and was able to explain a new R&D process. We worked together on three different videos: Rumours to create attention and desire, Invitation of International press for the product launch and the launch video summarising the full process, screened live at our bike launch in Venice in MAY 2009.

Due to the quality of the video, we enjoyed success on all three videos and got great coverage during two months on specialist medias. We use the HD video movies on our entire communication platforms (Scott-sports.com, Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, Vimeo) and our product presentations.

It is the first time a Bike company has recorded and filmed the full development process. Scott has been very please to realize this project with Smart Productions."

Cancer Research UK

To promote the event, Sound & Vision 2010, held at the world famous Abbey Road studios, we were asked to visit a London recording studio to film David Grey introducing both the event and a special charity auction.

Canonbury Healthcare

We were tasked with producing a DVD showcasing a variety of both chiropody and podiatry equipment from the UK’s leading seller of podiatry equipment and consumables, Canonbury Healthcare. We filmed roughly 30 items for both the showcase DVD and their website.

We were commissioned to produce a short documentary series for the BBC’s Haunted Hull season. The programmes saw a team of ghost hunters, under the guidance of paranormal investigator Phil Wyman visiting three of Hull’s most haunted locations.

A brutal and hard-hitting dramatisation illustrating what happens when homes are not protected by Knox Infra Red Alarm Systems. Knox is based in Gibraltar and required something fairly tough and gritty to highlight the very serious threat facing ex-pat families living abroad.
